Platinum Reiki Treatments
Platinum Reiki treatments are a combination of Reiki, Crystal Healing and Tuning Forks.
Reiki
Reiki is a method of natural healing that channels healing energy through the practitioner to the client. Reiki can be used for stress reduction and relaxation as well as help promote healing the body on all levels, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Crystal Healing Sessions
Crystals are used as tools to assist in bringing a feeling of enhanced well-being. Crystals help shift negative/ lower body energy with their own healing frequencies. Crystal treatments can help with restoring emotional and mental well-being. Appropriate crystals are selected to energetically align with your goals or intention.
Tuning Fork Sessions
Tuning forks are used to help modify unhelpful energy and help the body return to its natural frequencies. Tuning fork treatments can help release residual shock and trauma from the body and help you feel more centred and peaceful.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a method of healing that uses the application of pressure to the reflexes in the hands and/or feet. The treatment helps release tension, improve circulation, and address imbalances throughout the body.
Tuning Fork Sessions
Tuning forks are used to help modify unhelpful energy and help the body return to its natural frequencies. Tuning fork treatments can help release residual shock and trauma from the body and help you feel more centred and peaceful.

Distance Treatments
With distance treatments, the energy is sent and received through intention. The practitioner and client do not need to be in the same room when the treatment is being done. This type of treatment can be as effective as in-person treatments and can assist with healing, relaxation and well being.
Modalities I use with distance treatments are reiki, crystal work, and tuning fork work. You can choose any or all the modalities for your treatment.
Distance treatments can be used to support chakra and energy balancing, relaxation, grounding, mental clarity, pain management, and other health goals.
Some of the benefits my clients have experienced from distant treatments are:
• feeling calm and positive,
• mental well-being
Note: Distance Treatments available for Canadian Residents only
• pain reduction (in some cases the pain disappeared completely)

60 minute Treatments are 50 min with 5-10 min discussion both before and after the session. The after session discussion is optional.
Distant Treatment Packages:
Five 60 minute distant treatments $349 (includes HST)
