It is a simple but powerful technique that can be easily learned by anyone, and is an excellent healing tool for people who want to heal themselves, friends, or clients by helping to address energetic blocks in particular areas and returning the body to balance.

Reiki classes in Etobicoke and the Greater Toronto Area

Reiki Level 1 Training

Learn Reiki in a supportive, heart-centered environment. My Reiki classes are designed to help you connect deeply with yourself and with the Universal life force energy.

During this one-day Reiki Level 1 course you will learn:

  • what Reiki is and what it can be used for
  • about auras and chakras and how to sense energy
  • how to protect your energy during a treatment and in every day life
  • reiki hand positions for both yourself and treating others

You will also:

  • receive a Reiki Attunement
  • do practical exercises in sensing energy
  • give and receive reiki treatments

This is a hands on course. Upon completing the course you will be certified as a Usui Reiki Level 1 Practitioner with the ability to do Reiki self treatments and Reiki treatments on others.

Reiki Level 2 Training

This workshop will enhance your energy work from the Level 1 class.

By attending this Reiki Level 2 class you will:

•  learn 3 reiki symbols to amplify Reiki energy
•  create sacred space and protect yourself using the Reiki symbols
•  discover ways to use the Reiki symbols to make your day to day life easier
•  learn techniques to quickly shift energetic imbalances and balance the energy field
•  practice different methods to send distance healing

You will receive the level 2 attunement during this class.

This is another fun class filled with lots of opportunities for hands on learning.
Upon completing the course you will be certified as a Usui Reiki Level 2 Practitioner with the ability to do distance Reiki treatments on others.

Advance Reiki Training

Advanced Reiki Training (ART)

During this one day intensive class you will:

  • Learn a moving meditation to help ground, centre and energize by anchoring Reiki into the aura and physical body
  • Learn advance Reiki techniques for solving problems and achieving goals
  • Learn a technique that allows you to quickly clear negative thought forms and negative emotional energy from a client’s aura or physical body
  • Create a reiki crystal grid so you can continuously send Reiki to yourself, your goals, and to other people at the same time
  • Receive the Usui Master attunement which increases the strength of your Reiki energy
  • Learn the Usui Master symbol and how to use it to increase the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols and healing

Prerequisite for Advance Reiki Training:
 Reiki 1 & Reiki 2 The student must have practiced Reiki II for at least 6 months. The student must also be able to draw the 3 symbols from Reiki II from memory.

It is possible to take the Advanced Reiki Training with the Reiki Masters class*.

Reiki Master Training

Reiki III /Masters

The Masters class will allow you to pass the ability to do Reiki on to others and to teach if you choose. However many people take this class to learn additional tools to enhance their Reiki when working on themselves or with family, friends and clients.

During this two day class you will:

  • Receive complete Reiki III Usui/Tibetan Master attunement
  • Learn step by step how to give all the Reiki attunements for Reiki I, II, ART, and Master
  • Learn how to do a healing attunement- this attunement uses the same high frequency energies as the initiations but does not initiate the person into the use of Reiki, instead it directs the energy for healing
  • Experience an advance reiki meditation that harmonizes the energy of the chakras

This will be another fun, hands on class where lots of time will be given to practice techniques. Upon completion of this workshop you will be certified as a Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master with the ability to teach and attune others to Reiki.

This class can be a powerful healing experience. If you are ready to enhance your Reiki skills even more, now is the time to sign up for the upcoming ART/ Reiki Masters class.
